Archbishop Chapelle High School welcomed almost 1,000 members of the Chapelle Family onto campus for breakfast with Santa.  There were fun games and activities, delicious treats and snacks, and of course...the big man himself...SANTA!  We hope that you enjoyed the performances and loved being with us as much as we loved being with you!

On Friday, April 12, our student body witnessed the 2024 Sudden Impact Louisiana Mock Crash on Chapelle's campus. The purpose of the Mock Crash each year is to bring awareness to the effects of driving while impaired, driving while distracted, and refusal to wear a seat belt while a vehicle is in motion. Thank you to the talented student actors, public safety partners, Chapelle Counseling Department, and other school faculty for making this impactful event possible. As news around the world buzzed about the April 8th Solar Eclipse, Chapelle High School became fully prepared to make this a truly stellar viewing party for our students. Each student received their own personal pair of ISO-approved safety lenses so that they could see the eclipse in style and comfort. Although it was a cloudy day, everyone enjoyed this rare occasion right here on campus.

Students from a variety of elementary schools spent a day on Chapelle's campus! Our students had the opportunity to show them their classes, give them tours of our buildings, eat lunch with them, and share what being a student at Chapelle is really like. It's so great to see new faces learn about our school and all of the ways our girls are challenged spiritually, academically and socially. We hope you had fun, Spend-A-Days!!! Check out all of the photos below!

Students from St. Therese Academy visited Chapelle's campus for an afternoon of fun with some of our seniors! We had Easter-focused activities and games, and we even had an Easter Egg Hunt around our courtyard area. Our girls genuinely enjoy hanging with the students from St. Therese, and we are so happy that we are able to do fun things like this! To view more photos, CLICK HERE!

Alumnae Moms of the Class of 2029 gathered in our Joan of Arc Center for coffee and pastries! This was an opportunity for everyone to meet each other and make connections with other moms whose daughters will be with us in the Fall. Everyone was introduced to members of our Leadership Team as well. It was great to have everyone on campus! To view more photos, CLICK HERE!

On March 18 and 19, we hosted our annual St. Joseph's Altar here at Chapelle! Our St. Joseph's Altar Committee, comprised of about 22 members, dedicated their time, energy, and amazing cooking skills to make this year's altar a huge success! There was also a delicious lunch put on by the committee, and it was open to the whole community. The altar was absolutely beautiful, and we could not thank them enough for all of their hard work. Thank you to everyone who came out to see it! All donations for this year's altar went to the following organizations: Hotel Hope Rummel/Chapelle Belize Mission Trip St. Jerome's Food Bank Southeast Louisiana War Veterans Home Catholic Charities Food Bank Divine Mercy Our Lady of Perpetual Help St. Agnes St. Angela Merici St. Ann St. Catherine of Siena St. Christopher the Martyr St. Clement of Rome St. Edward the Confessor St. Francis Xavier St. Jerome St. Louis King of France St. Mary Magdalen St. Matthew the Apostle St. Philip Neri St. Rita To view more photos, CLICK HERE!
