New to 2023:

Incarnate

Word Hall

In honor of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, the founding congregation of Archbishop Chapelle, the renovated "Round Building" will honor our past and put faith in our future.  The “Round Building” will soon be transformed into Incarnate Word Hall, the home of spirituality on campus. The Theology Department will have dedicated classrooms on the first floor, allowing faculty to collaborate and educate like never before.

The second floor will be home to the newly renovated Chapel. Large enough to seat an entire grade level, the Chapel will enhance the Catholic experience of all students, families, and alumnae.

The ARC:

St. Joan of Arc Center

The ARC (Academics, Research, & Collaboration) Center will be an innovative reimagining of the existing Chapelle Library. Focused on the modern day student, the space will house a wide array of engaging areas including a maker space, robotics room, media center, private study pods, and a virtual reality room.  Not to be outdone, classical learning will continue to shine as the library stacks find a new carefully curated home. The ARC will truly be a hub of connected learning that will allow each student to develop a sense of independent curiosity on the campus they call home.

Named in honor of St. Joan of Arc, the ARC is a modern nod to French Catholic roots of Archbishop Chapelle High School and our namesake Archbishop Chapelle Placide Louis Chapelle, the sixth Archbishop of New Orleans.

Matching

Gifts

A Matching Gift Donation is one aspect of corporate philanthropy, where companies match donations made by employees to Chapelle. Matching gift donations elevate the capability of your contribution by doubling your gift. This is a great way to combine personal and business charitable giving, and benefit from tax breaks.
