Chippy's Carnival was an absolute blast! For their first admissions event at Chapelle, our 3rd & 4th grade friends had a great time diving into the excitement of carnival games, laughter, and endless fun! From ring toss to duck pond, every game brought out smiles and cheers! These future Chips used their hard-earned tickets to snag some seriously cool Chapelle swag and trinkets! We can't wait to see these prospective Chips at summer camp in June! Interested in signing up for Chapelle Summer Camp? On April 11, our school celebrated Founder's Day and honored many incredible members of our Chapelle family for exemplifying what it means to be #LoyalToGreenAndWhite and loyal to their Catholic faith! We honored our five Outstanding Catholic Students of the Year, our two Student of the Year recipients, and our faculty members who are celebrating milestone years. In addition, the ladies of the Class of 1974 were honored for celebrating 50 years since they graduated Archbishop Chapelle High School! We also took this opportunity to recognize our Deus Providebit Award recipients, Bruce & Michelle Lambert, and our Alumna of the Year, Gina Schiro Woolley Bankson '88, in front of the student body. It was a fun-filled day that is definitely a highlight of our school year each and every time. Congratulations to all who were honored this year! On Friday, April 12, our student body witnessed the 2024 Sudden Impact Louisiana Mock Crash on Chapelle's campus. The purpose of the Mock Crash each year is to bring awareness to the effects of driving while impaired, driving while distracted, and refusal to wear a seat belt while a vehicle is in motion. Thank you to the talented student actors, public safety partners, Chapelle Counseling Department, and other school faculty for making this impactful event possible. As news around the world buzzed about the April 8th Solar Eclipse, Chapelle High School became fully prepared to make this a truly stellar viewing party for our students. Each student received their own personal pair of ISO-approved safety lenses so that they could see the eclipse in style and comfort. Although it was a cloudy day, everyone enjoyed this rare occasion right here on campus.

Students from a variety of elementary schools spent a day on Chapelle's campus! Our students had the opportunity to show them their classes, give them tours of our buildings, eat lunch with them, and share what being a student at Chapelle is really like. It's so great to see new faces learn about our school and all of the ways our girls are challenged spiritually, academically and socially. We hope you had fun, Spend-A-Days!!! Check out all of the photos below!

Students from St. Therese Academy visited Chapelle's campus for an afternoon of fun with some of our seniors! We had Easter-focused activities and games, and we even had an Easter Egg Hunt around our courtyard area. Our girls genuinely enjoy hanging with the students from St. Therese, and we are so happy that we are able to do fun things like this! To view more photos, CLICK HERE!
