BELOW are answers to some common questions
REGISTRATION: $60 registration fee required for all campers. The registration payment includes two t-shirts. If you would like to purchase an additional t-shirt, you can add the $10 optional t-shirt payment to your cart. The shirts will be new for 2025 but are the same for all ages.
PRICE OF CAMP: $190 per week - includes a daily snack and lunch on Friday. Daily concessions will still be sold at lunch for those friends who would like additional snacks.
No refunds will be issued once campers have registered for camp/camps. This includes the registration fee, any/all camp fees, and t-shirt fees, etc.
Chapelle Acorn Camp will take place on June 2 - June 27, M-F, from 8:30AM - 3:00PM. Campers will be admitted to camp grounds no earlier than 8:00AM. Camp ends at 3:00PM. If campers are not picked up by 3:30PM there will be a charge of $5/minute. Anyone who has not paid this fee on the day it is due will not be allowed to return to camp the following day until the amount is paid in full.
All campers will be dropped-off and picked-up at their designated location, specified in their Camper Packet provided at Camp Night. Camp issued carpool tags must be visible and present when dropping-off, picking up, and/or walking in to pick-up campers.
If a camper should have to leave camp earlier than dismissal time, a parent is required to come into the camp office to check the camper out.
If a camper is going home with another camper, please send a signed note and/or call the camp office indicating that information.
All campers are required to wear the 2025 camp T-shirt and tennis shoes every day. No other t-shirts and/or shoes will be allowed at camp. Extra camp shirts will be available for purchase on Camp Night on May 28, 2025.
Costume contest will take place on Wednesdays. Campers are welcome to wear accessories/outfits, but must still wear tennis shoes.
Once registered for a camp/camps, campers will not be allowed to switch into another camp. This is due to the fact that all camp supplies and availability are based on the number of campers registered for a particular camp. Please coordinate with friends/family before registering for any summer camp sessions.
Campers must bring a lunch from home. Lunch will be provided every Friday. Campers may purchase snacks during camp at our concession stand. Campers may also bring snacks from home to enjoy during snack breaks. In the event of an additional snack opportunity at camp, parents will be sent home a letter from our Camp Director.
All electronic devices must be left at home. Technology will only distract and disengage campers. If you, as their parent, feel they need to bring these devices, they must be kept in their bags for the entire day. This policy is to ensure that no items are lost or misplaced. If electronic devices are taken out during the camp day, they will be taken away and stored in the camp office until the end of the day. A parent must then sign for and pickup the device at the end of the day. After two offenses of this nature, campers will not be allowed to return to camp, and fees will not be refunded. If anything is lost or damaged, the school assumes no responsibility for the items affected.
